WW II sergeant to be added to Guelph, Ont., cenotaph after teen noticed name was missing

A Guelph teen who discovered the name of a local Second World War sergeant was missing from the Ontario city's cenotaph is among student volunteers looking to raise appreciation and recognition for veterans through art, social media and archival research.
