The New Brunswick Police Commission announced Thursday that it found there was "insufficient evidence" that Edmundston police Const. Jeremy Son breached the Code of Professional Conduct Regulation when he shot and killed Chantel Moore, an Indigenous woman, during a wellness check at her apartment last summer.
