Police shooting of Black man in North Carolina an 'execution,' family's lawyer says

Lawyers for the family of a Black man shot by sheriff's deputies in North Carolina last week, said body cam video showed Andrew Brown Jr. had been "executed" and accused officials of showing them only a small portion of the video evidence.
