At 16, Ralph Jackson signed up to fight during World War II. Now, at 94, he's fighting for his dignity, after he said he was inexplicably expelled from the Vancouver branch of the Royal Canadian Legion, where he was once president, for alleged "theft or misappropriation of Legion funds."
