As NHL looks to restart season, just how accommodating should governments be with quarantine rules?

Canadian politicians know that their constituents want the NHL to resume business, but after hunkering down for months to protect public safety, it remains unclear how tolerant ordinary Canadians will be if players are given freedoms the rest of us have been denied for so long.
