The Brandon Police Service is investigating the sudden death of a woman who overdosed at the home of the southwestern Manitoba city's manager. Christine Mitchell, who had been living at the home of Brandon CAO Rod Sage for almost five years, died in July after taking a lethal dose of purple heroin.
