Civil rights groups file leave to appeal judge's refusal to freeze parts of Quebec's religious symbols law

A Quebec Superior Court justice last week rejected a request to temporarily suspend parts of the province's new religious symbols law. The groups contesting the law has now filed an application for leave to appeal.
