'Moosarandum of understanding' settles dispute between Canada and Norway

Now that a "moose truce" has been agreed upon by Moose Jaw, Sask., and Stor-Elvdal, Norway, the leaders of both communities are looking for ways to celebrate and capitalize on the fame the fight over who has the biggest moose statue has brought them.
