The Bay apologizes after using Black lawyer's image as face of fundraising campaign without permission

The Hudson's Bay Company is apologizing after using a photo of a Black Toronto lawyer as the face of a fundraising campaign for Indigenous, Black and people of colour without asking for her permission or that of the original photographer — also a person of colour.
