'They can do better': Loblaws violated labour laws in Ontario, still isn't paying overtime to drivers

Last September, an arbitrator ruled Loblaws was in violation of Ontario's Employment Standards Act by only paying drivers at its Cambridge, Ont., warehouse overtime after working 60 hours a week. One year later, the grocery chain has not changed the way it pays.
